* Please Note that colors of artwork as seen on your computer screen may vary slightly in person. If you are interested in an artwork and would like me to take extra photographs of it or a short video I’m happy to do so. Or you can arrange a visit to my studio and gallery in Alexandria, VA.

* Artist retains all rights to artwork for reproduction.

Privacy Statement:

Your privacy is very important.  Meghan Hendy Art is the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We do not share any personal, demographic, or financial data with any third party.  We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

Commissions:

If you have something specific in mind for a painting or like one of my previous works but are looking for a different size please email me and we can discuss my commission process.

Shipping & Handling:

Most orders will be packed and shipped within 5 business days and mailed through the United States Postal Service and occasionally UPS. If you live locally (Alexandria, VA or nearby areas) we can arrange a hand delivery time. Please email me before you purchase to arrange. I do love to meet my collectors in person and even see where in your home you will be hanging your piece so I enjoy the delivery if it is possible.

Returns:

While I hope my art will live happily-ever-after in your home, I want you to be fully satisfied with your new artwork. If it is not as you expected, you have 7 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed upon, you are responsible for shipping the return back. When I receive the piece safely back then your refund (not including the original shipping costs) will be processed.

Damages:

All art work is carefully packed and wrapped. If your art work has been damaged in transit please let me know within 7 days and if possible take a photo of the damaged area. We hope to work out satisfying solution for all parties.
